At the core of my work is the philosophy that collaborative tools can be a catalyst for culture and organizational change. When you put people in a new tool, they start thinking of their work differently and therefore start acting differently. It is a window of opportunity to affect change to the organization.

Several years ago I started an initiative at my work called Reimagining Work. The goal was to start thinking about our work differently, to reimagine new ways. But we are past the point of reimagining. We need something more active. Machine learning, AI, and process automation have given us tools to make significant changes. And yes, we still need to reimagine, but now we need to start bringing in some hammers, tearing down some walls, and rebuilding new ones. Some of the changes might be cosmetic, a fresh coat of paint, and others might need to be a major overhaul.

This site is a place where we can have these conversations.
